A small selection of poems from unjustly neglected US poet Stanley Cooperman (1929-76). Mr. Cooperman was widely published in the 'little magazines' of the 1960s and 70s, including work in the final issue of Jon and Lou Webb's The Outsider. He also published literary studies on Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald and John Steinbeck, as well as several collections of poetry. Mr Cooperman committed suicide in 1976, aged 47 years.
